Arduino code requires UIPEthernet Library.
In recent Arduino IDE:
Manage Libraries - UIPEthernet

Gerbers are labeled with CPU pin of each accessory, so for example,
you can use the DHT11 Sensor with pin D8 (see gerbers for more details).
